Job Description
Join IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Centers in Bangalore as an Associate Data Scientist. You will work with AI and open-source tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow to analyze data, build predictive models, and deliver insights to solve business challenges. Collaborate in Agile teams and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, implement, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using big data and machine learning.
- Write reusable code for data cleansing and integration.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and consultants to apply analytical rigor.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate AI solutions and support rapid prototyping (e.g., COBOL to Java code refactoring).
- Document solution designs, technical details, and best practices.
Education Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Technical Skills Required
Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, SciKit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, Machine Learning, Big Data, Agile, Data Cleansing, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Modeling
