The Associate Software Engineer develops and tests software solutions that address user problems. Guided by senior team members, this role builds a strong technical foundation and learns how high-quality code affects customer satisfaction. The focus is on applying best practices to deliver reliable features that meet customer quality expectations.

Required Experience

• Component Design: Exposure to designing and developing components that meet IT requirements, including functional and technical designs, models, and components for custom information systems.
• Coding and Testing: Experience with code development, unit testing, and documentation to deliver high-quality information systems.
• System Assembly: Exposure to integrating designed components into cohesive information systems that meet technical and functional specifications.
• Technical Documentation: Experience maintaining detailed records of designs, components, code, and tests to support future maintenance and updates.
• Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet IT requirements, working with stakeholders as needed.
• Development Methodologies: Exposure to Agile and Waterfall approaches for designing and developing components.
• Advanced Coding Techniques: Experience with coding best practices, design patterns, and testing frameworks to produce reliable code.
• System Integration Tools: Exposure to tools and technologies for integrating components, such as APIs and data interfaces.
