Job Summary

The Engineer in Support & Operations helps keep Microsoft VDI solutions and related technologies running smoothly. The role involves building, maintaining, and improving systems to meet business needs while meeting quality and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI environments, resolving issues and keeping virtual desktops performing well.
3. Work with clients to gather requirements and build new features or enhancements for Touch Services and video/telepresence technologies.
4. Create and maintain thorough documentation for code and processes so future maintenance stays clear and manageable.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic understanding of Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH technologies.
2. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Touch Services.
3. Fundamental knowledge of video/telepresence systems and how they integrate with virtual environments.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Other Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals (optional but valuable).
