As a Process Associate, Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and management of Vendor Accounts. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Address queries and take follow-up actions
• Meet targets effectively and thrive under deadlines
• Contribute to change management

Requirements

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-directed and ambitious achiever
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
