What You’ll Work On

• Assist in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities and offboarding procedures
• Prepare verification letters, employment documentation, and offer letters aligned with country specific guidelines
• Process employee change requests such as updates to personal information, department transfers, and role adjustments
• Maintain and organize employee documentation and digital folders to ensure compliance and easy access
• Review and validate ServiceNow requests submitted by internal stakeholders
• Ensure requests are complete and processed within established service level agreements
• Collaborate with HR team members to resolve documentation or process related queries
• Track requests and maintain accurate records of HR transactions

A Day in the Life

No two days look exactly the same. One morning might begin with reviewing ServiceNow tickets submitted by employees across different regions. You’ll check each request, confirm that the information is complete, and route it through the correct workflow.
