Job Summary
This role supports end-user IT services. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, replace and troubleshoot end-user devices.
- Carry out IMACD activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and decommissions.
- Support device builds, software installation, patching and standard configurations.
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, meeting agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 resolver teams.
- Maintain asset and inventory records and follow security and IT support procedures.
