Job Summary
The GCP Support Administrator helps keep operations running smoothly within the Support & Operations team. This role involves independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and carrying out root cause analyses to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies by applying best practices in GCP support operations.
- Provide on-call support for escalated issues by diagnosing problems and performing root cause analysis with GCP tools for swift resolution.
- Update and manage the knowledge base, run training sessions for new hires, and coach analysts on GCP best practices.
- Independently resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs by using GCP services to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
- Improve customer experience and satisfaction by achieving first call resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions and reopened cases through careful follow-up and communication.
