Job Summary
Service Desk professionals serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests. They make sure incidents are resolved on time and give technical support to end users while keeping customer satisfaction high.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose user problems by phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
- Monitor ticket queues and make sure SLA commitments are met.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
