Job Summary

This Microsoft 365 Platform and SharePoint Administrator role covers the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration services. The goal is a secure, reliable, compliant, and user-friendly digital workplace across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Groups.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage SharePoint Online sites and site collections, permissions, external sharing, storage, content structures, and site lifecycle activities. The role also provides administration and operational support for Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, including user access, sharing policies, collaboration settings, and troubleshooting of platform issues.

You will handle user, group, role, and license administration, working closely with identity and security teams to maintain access controls and governance standards. You will also support Microsoft 365 security and compliance requirements, including retention policies, information protection, auditing, data governance, and external collaboration controls.

You will monitor Microsoft 365 service health and platform performance, identify service issues early, and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for incidents and recurring problems. You will coordinate with Microsoft support and internal infrastructure, network, security, application, and service management teams to resolve complex technical issues.
