The internship program helps co-ops and interns grow personally and professionally. It suits students whose degree curriculum requires an internship, as well as recent graduates looking for short-term work experience.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Working across technology areas such as Embedded RTOS, Android, C++ and Linux.
• Taking part in static code analysis checks.
• Taking part in unit testing using the Google Test framework.
• Working on software programs and the development of software systems.
• Delivering challenging work across the multi-layered software stack, using niche skills.
• Joining a fast-paced team working on disruptive technologies.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics, or a degree in a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of Embedded C and C++.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
• Hands-on experience in embedded development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
• Working knowledge of the Linux platform.
• Basic understanding of development, plus interest in C++, C and Linux.
• Desirable: basic Android knowledge.
• Ability to test software using debuggers, emulators and simulators.
• Ability to perform software releases and software quality assurance activities.
• A positive attitude to learn and work in a team. Work from the office is preferred.
• Automotive trends and best practices change constantly, so you must keep learning and sharpening your engineering skills.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Original thinking and continuous improvement applied to processes, products, systems or services, and managing change to meet customer needs.
• Hands-on experience in code development, debugging and troubleshooting is required.
• Taking initiative to achieve superior, quality results against internal or external standards of excellence.
