Job Summary
This role covers end-user support and operations. The work includes troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop and laptop, printer, peripheral, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop/laptop, printer, peripheral, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic application issues.
- Install, configure, upgrade, replace and troubleshoot end-user devices.
- Perform IMACD activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and decommissions.
- Support device builds, software installation, patching and standard configurations.
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, working within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 resolver teams.
- Maintain asset and inventory records and follow security and IT support procedures.
