Job Summary
This role supports end-user IT services, covering device support, incident handling and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic applications.
- Install, configure, upgrade, replace and troubleshoot end-user devices.
- Carry out IMACD activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and decommissions.
- Support device builds, software installation, patching and standard configurations.
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, working within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2 and L3 resolver teams.
- Maintain asset and inventory records and follow security and IT support procedures.
