Role Overview

Selected candidates work with one of mthree’s client organizations as part of the Alumni program. The role involves contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable off‑the‑shelf or custom technology applications.

You will collaborate with global teams while supporting critical systems such as algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable technology solutions.
• Work on off‑the‑shelf or custom‑built enterprise applications.
• Support critical systems used by global clients, including trading engines and regulatory reporting tools.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations.

Training and Selection Process

1. Submit an application for the program.
2. Complete an aptitude and coding assessment.
3. Participate in a communication screening.
4. Attend a technical interview.
5. Complete the final interview stage.
6. Join the training program for 6–12 weeks if selected.
7. Pass the end‑of‑training assessment or discussion.
8. Receive placement into a suitable client role based on performance and skills.
