About NATS Apprenticeship Program

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. It's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program.

Qualification: BE/BTech – Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Production planning & Control of Machines on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per plan.
• Conduct Morning Gemba meeting to review day's production plan.
• Conduct Daily Closure meeting to review and report performance of the day's production.
• Material shortage list availability to PPC/MM/WH department on daily basis and monitoring material receipt as per shortage list.
• To ensure availability of Painted components from Parts Paint shop to assembly as per plan and their inventory management.
• ECN implementation and follow up as per ECN release memo for availability, implementation and disposition of parts.
