GlobalLogic Nagpur Hiring Senior Member DR Freshers | Cybersecurity Support

GlobalLogic is looking for enthusiastic freshers with a solid base in cloud technologies and cyber security to join its Technical Support team. The role covers troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver quality technical support.

Mandatory Skill

Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, along with a relevant cybersecurity certification and any cloud knowledge. Familiarity with cloud support concepts, including monitoring, logging, incident handling, and security best practices is also expected.

• Designation: Senior Member (Technical Support, immediate joiners only)
• Location: Nagpur, work from office
• Experience: Freshers (0 to 1 year)
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Cybersecurity)
• Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts

Requirements

• Freshers with a B.Tech (Cybersecurity)
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of cloud platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot and ChatGPT, including prompt usage and automation basics
• Good analytical, problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Must have a Provisional Certificate and Graduation Marks Memo
• Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 weekly offs)

Job Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat, email and phone to resolve technical issues
• Handle and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Troubleshoot cloud and product-related issues
• Meet SLA/SLO targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Use cloud tools for debugging and root cause analysis
• Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement
• Work with engineering and cloud teams on escalations and issue resolution
