Role Overview

GlobalLogic is looking for fresh graduates (non-technical) with strong analytical and communication skills to support data research, trend analysis, and risk detection. The role calls for people who can evaluate data accurately, spot patterns and potential risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while keeping productivity and quality high.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and evaluate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Interpret transaction trends and usage patterns across users, geographies, and other parameters.
• Identify potential fraud, risks, and anomalies in data.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to finance and customer relationships.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
