About the Role

Genpact is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its F&A team in Noida. The role suits people who want to work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and help global enterprises run more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data to maintain accounts payable records.
• Process invoices with PO and non-PO.
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Ensure the quality of AP processes and handle all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices, including taking discounts where applicable.
• Check vendor files for previous payments, assign voucher numbers, and prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount, and coding in line with accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Manage vendor reconciliation, the vendor payment cycle, GRIR reconciliations, vendor advances, and related activities.
