Genpact is Hiring F&A Accounts Payable Specialist (Hyderabad)

About the Role

Genpact is looking for a Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Accounts Payable to join its team in Hyderabad. The role is hybrid and runs on an evening shift for India.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data to maintain accounts payable records.
• Process invoices with and without purchase orders (PO / Non-PO).
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
• Ensure the quality of AP processes and handle all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices, including discounts where applicable.
• Check vendor files for previous payments, assign voucher numbers, and prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount and coding per accounting policies.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Manage vendor reconciliations, the vendor payment cycle, GRIR reconciliations, vendor advances and related items.
