About this role

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join its team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will:

• Review, verify and/or identify customer transactions to detect or prevent fraud and policy violations, or resolve merchant disputes to limit and/or recover losses.
• Handle multiple claim types, monitoring and reviewing complex account activity that may span several transaction channels and products, using multiple systems and applications.
• Apply basic banking knowledge to analyze and investigate disputed debit card claims.
• Take direction from the team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Carry out in-depth reviews of monetary and non-monetary transactions and resolve customer disputes.
