About this role
Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join its team in Bengaluru.
In this role, you will:
- Gather all relevant information from customers about their claims
- Research and update the status of new and existing claims
- Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience after a careful review of complex account activity, and take the right steps to resolve the claim
- Handle routine customer support tasks, balancing strong customer service with solid investigative research while answering incoming calls in a call center setting
- Take direction from your team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced colleagues
- Work with colleagues on day-to-day issues and connect with supporting teams to give customers a smooth experience

They are responsible for carrying out applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), following Wells Fargo policies and procedures, escalating and fixing issues in a timely way, and making sound risk decisions in line with the business unit's risk appetite.
