About this role

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to join its team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will:

• Gather all relevant information from customers about their claims
• Research and update the status of new and existing claims
• Find ways to improve the customer experience by thoroughly reviewing complex account activity, then take the right steps to resolve the claim
• Handle routine customer support tasks, balancing strong customer service with careful investigative research, while answering incoming calls in a call center environment
• Take direction from the team lead and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
• Work with colleagues on day-to-day issues and connect with supporting functional areas to deliver a smooth experience for customers

Qualifications

Required: 6+ months of customer service support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.

Desired: Any degree. Knowledge of banking and chargebacks, excellent communication skills, and intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
