Honeywell is Hiring Finance Intern (Bengaluru) | ₹40,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly analysis of major business KPIs from an overall LOB or SBU perspective, including all P&L, working capital and cash metrics, with in-depth analysis of major variance drivers in a standard, robust format.
• Support and coordinate the STRAP and AOP process from a financial perspective, working closely with the business and ISC.
• Help develop and strengthen the estimating process for midterm forecasts (3+9, 5+7, 8+4) and quarterly Short Range Outlooks and Summary of Risks & Opportunities (SRO), in close partnership with the business.
• Coordinate and support the finance aspects of the Capex process with Pole and Global Finance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate statutory laws, US GAAP and Honeywell Accounting Policies.
• Take part in special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong grasp of key financial processes, excellent influencing skills, and a track record of process improvement and implementation. Hands-on experience with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong written and oral communication skills.

The role suits self-motivated people who can work with minimal supervision and also contribute well as team players.

Duration: 12 months

Shift Timing: 1 PM to 10 PM
