Graduate Apprentice: Process Automation & Finance Intelligence
This hybrid role sits at the intersection of business execution, corporate finance, and software engineering. Rather than working only as a traditional financial analyst or a pure software developer, the apprentice acts as an internal transformation engineer.
The main goal is to remove repetitive manual bottlenecks in operations, interpret complex financial datasets, and build reliable, AI-assisted automated pipelines.
About the Team
You will work with the existing Business Execution team, which produces multiple standardized reports and looks for ways to streamline and automate them. The team reports to the Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the business heads of USCC to support strategic decision making and expense discipline.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, or tools such as KNIME, or other languages that can automate existing processes. Required Python skills include syntax and standard library, script modularity and error handling, and version control.
- Automation and integration.
- Working knowledge of AI tools.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills for working with large data sets.
- Basic financial acumen and an understanding of P&L and business expenses.
Additional Details
Language and prior experience are not hurdles. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic person who is open to learning and willing to apply existing skills in a professional environment to support the team and the wider business.
