Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to insurance brokers in preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documents.
• Conduct basic research on insurance products, pricing options, and market trends to support client servicing.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, clarify requirements, and respond to routine inquiries.
• Assist in processing insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documentation accurately and within deadlines.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, filing, record maintenance, and report generation.
• Make sure all activities follow company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Work with internal teams to keep workflows smooth and tasks completed on time.
