Overview
Role Purpose
This role supports end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities. Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding administration, stakeholder communication, reporting, and documentation, helping ensure a smooth hiring experience and timely fulfilment of workforce requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communications, and hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate records and make sure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
- Facilitate onboarding by collecting required documents, managing pre-joining formalities, and supporting new hire integration.
- Assist workforce planning by tracking hiring requirements and supporting recruitment demand assessments.
- Support hiring managers and stakeholders with timely updates on recruitment progress and open positions.
- Coordinate recruitment events, hiring campaigns, induction sessions, and engagement activities.
- Track candidate pipelines and make sure candidates move through recruitment stages on time.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Support the administration of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases.
- Handle candidate, employee, and stakeholder queries related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Process and manage recruitment-related tickets, requests, and service inquiries within defined service levels.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics for management review.
- Maintain recruitment documentation, process guidelines, and compliance records.
- Support audit, compliance, and data quality activities related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment services.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives that improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Customer-service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, hiring events, or onboarding activities.
