Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to the I2C domain, including:

• Reconciling the agent account against the remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Posting amounts on policy bill lines received from agents for policy premiums.
• Following up with agents on delinquent items and on amounts sitting in the suspense account.
• Ensuring transaction quality meets predefined parameters set by SLA metrics.
• Providing relevant process reports on time.
• Adhering to established attendance schedules and predefined rosters.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Coaching and grooming team members to build a strong, efficient team.
