Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize technical and functional user requirements to support the development of a technical solution.
• Assist the architect in designing, developing, testing and delivering IT infrastructure solutions.
• Take part in a project from initial concept through solution delivery.
• Work through standard checklists and document integration of core and shared infrastructure services before deployment to production, using set formats.
• Analyze the impact on integrations with other applications when a new application is deployed, so appropriate actions can be decided.
• Outline operational and implementation challenges and help mitigate potential risks.
• Evaluate existing enhancement requests that can be added to current projects.
• Add workflow diagrams to requirements and keep documentation updated through review cycles.
• Give consistent project status feedback to the Project Manager.
• Install, configure and maintain network and server infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions.
• Document procedures and configurations for infrastructure services.
