About the Role

Genpact is looking for an Associate to work on insurance claims and underwriting operations. The role centers on reviewing claim information and processing claims in line with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims in line with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to collect missing details or clarifications needed for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.
• Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, and escalate complex cases to senior staff as needed.
• Consistently follow policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines to maintain processing quality.
