Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing and invoicing tasks.
• Ensure billing is executed on time and is accurate.
• Monitor, review and update customer details in the CRM.
• Process invoice corrections, including credits and rebills.
• Respond to emails and queries from field teams.
• Support and drive performance metrics.
• Update work instructions.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Accounts Payable Certification (F-Tec)
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), PSIB
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), ACFE
• Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst, CFI
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
