Responsibilities
- Process and manage claim submissions efficiently.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize claims operations.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management on claims performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding claims processing.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics; Masters in Data Science.
Certifications
Associate in Claims (AIC) - The Institutes (USA), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) - American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Certified Life and Health Insurance Specialist (CL11) - Tennessee Department of Insurance, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) - American College, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) - Insurance Institute of America (IIA).
Required Skills
Claims Adjudication, Claims Analysis, Claims Management, Claims Review, Claims Support.
Language
English (Required), Upper Intermediate - B2.
