Job Description

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and applying brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communication materials.
• Creating logos, typography, color schemes, and other design elements that effectively represent the brand's values and identity.
• Designing and delivering visual assets for print, digital, and multimedia channels, ensuring high creative quality.
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and communications teams to create cohesive and aligned brand experiences.
• Translating brand strategies into engaging design concepts and assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintaining and organizing design files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient team use.
• Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying insights to enhance the brand's visual identity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or Visual Communication.

Certifications

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) - Adobe, Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) - IT Learning Hub (ITLH).

Required Skills

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Customer Experience (CX), Design Systems, Design Thinking, Inclusive Design, Mockup Design, Sketch (Software), UI Design Development, User Experience (UX).

Language

English (Proficient - C2).
