Job Description
GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage division is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team. This position offers hands-on exposure to training program design, coordination, and evaluation, contributing directly to employee growth and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating training materials and educational resources
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Support and occasionally help facilitate training workshops, onboarding programs, and webinars
- Track and maintain training attendance, feedback, and completion data
- Conduct research on current trends in learning & development and share insights
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing training results and participant feedback
- Work with internal teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Help manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team as required
Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in instructional design, employee training, and talent development
- Adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Creative and proactive approach to solving problems and generating ideas
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
