Job Description Summary

This role supports the Sourcing activities for the Category Team. Work includes supplier price updates, contract management, RFQ execution, payment term updates, COOR compliance, supplier issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional teams to keep supply uninterrupted and operations efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update approved supplier price changes (increase or decrease) in Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) within the workflow system, by plant (inventory organization) or supplier location
• Update contracts in OCDB (approvals) and handle contract renewals (documentation)
• Make payment term changes and updates in WFF
• Update lead time, minimum order quantity, and standard packaging quantity in the system based on supplier requests
• Follow up on supplier change requests (quality issues, delivery challenges, EOL issues) with cross-functional teams
• Create or update the COOR (Country of Origin) information for BPAs of supplied parts in the system
• Process bank detail updates from suppliers (such as name changes)
• Download drawings from My Workshop for RFQs (Request for Quotation)
• Handle service parts price, lead time and MOQ changes
• Provide RFQ support (launching RFQs for transfer BC)
• Support supplier fulfillment issues (component follow-ups)
• Handle new supplier additions in SAM workflows and SQR updates
• Follow up with the Finance Team on payments (overdue payment issues)

Desired Characteristics

• Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing or production engineering
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation
• Positive attitude with strong ownership and collaboration skills
