The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a rotational digital leadership initiative designed to develop early career talent with a strong interest in technology. The program accelerates professional growth through intensive technical learning and a variety of business critical assignments across GE Aerospace.
Participants gain hands-on experience by contributing to real projects while building technical expertise, professional capabilities, and leadership skills aligned with GE values.
Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru serves as GE's multidisciplinary research and engineering hub. Engineers and scientists at the center have contributed to numerous aviation patents and innovations in engine technology, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.
The DTLP program is intended for candidates ready to contribute to innovation and help shape future technology outcomes. Participants work on complex projects and gain practical experience while collaborating with global teams and leaders.
Participants will complete a two year full time program consisting of four rotational assignments of six months each. These assignments span multiple digital technology areas across GE Aerospace.
