Site Overview
The John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru, established in 2000, is GE's multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at this location have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents and breakthroughs in engine technology, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.
Program Highlights

Responsibilities
- Participate in a full time two year rotational program within GE Aerospace businesses.
- Complete four rotations of six months each across different digital technology projects.
- Work on assignments in areas such as product management, project management, data analytics, data science, enterprise applications, IT operations, and software development.
- Deliver outcomes through cross functional, mission based projects supporting GE Aerospace initiatives.
- Follow individualized training paths in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity and risk, data science, machine learning, and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Engage in structured career development with coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate with global teams and interact with business leaders across the organization.
- Participate in program committees including recruitment, finance, and professional development to support DTLP activities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA along with a B.Tech or B.E degree with a strong academic track record.
- Demonstrated leadership through organizational or academic initiatives.
- Willingness to relocate and remain geographically mobile based on business requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
