HR Japanese Bilingual Apprentice
Fujitsu is seeking a Japanese bilingual apprentice to support HR service desk operations. The role is based in Pune and involves assisting with HR-related queries while communicating effectively in Japanese.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese, N4/Nat 4 certification preferred.
- Prior exposure to HR service desk operations or customer support is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide support through the HR service desk while addressing employee queries.
- Use Japanese language skills to communicate and assist where required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in HR processes.
- Collaborate with teams and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Work with HR systems and tools to track and manage requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree such as BA, BCom, or any equivalent graduation.
- N4/Nat 4 certification in Japanese language proficiency.
