Job Summary
To support Flex teams that build great products and drive growth, we are looking to add a Technician - Engineering Change Management in Pune, India.
What a typical day looks like:
- Create part numbers for BOM in Agile and Baan, and create AVL in the Agile and Baan systems.
- Download customer documents such as product specifications and release them in CDC. Work as a Change Analyst during NPI for new changes.
- Release part lists to production for new models and after ECO implementation.
- Study ECOs and drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process and Product Engineering teams.
- Work closely with Engineering and Materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
- Respond to Business Partners (requestors) and customers on queries about Engineering Change Orders. Make sure targets set for all process metrics are met.
- Lead and manage people well.
