Job Summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are looking to add an Analyst – Procurement to our team in Coimbatore, India.

The Analyst – Procurement will perform analysis and provide reports and information to create and maintain vendor master records and handle vendor setup. The role also involves working with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and other commercial terms and conditions.
• Provide reports, information and analysis as required, in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain good public relations with outside suppliers and a strong partnership with internal customers.
• Maintain vendor master records, updates and new vendor setup.
• Advise stakeholders of any changes from original requests.
• Obtain pricing and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers.
