Flex Hiring Technician Central Machine Programming (Pune) | ₹25,000/month

Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Technician for its Central Machine Programming team in Pune, to support teams that build products and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of electronic components and PCBA
• Support the Engineering team with SMT and TEST programming activities
• Knowledge of Gerber, ODB++ and input PCBA CAD formats
• Knowledge of the SMT process and the Quality Management System
• Knowledge of the Engineering Change Management process
• Create PCBA documentation for NPI products with a creative, innovative approach, and liaise with the process and manufacturing teams to prepare detailed manufacturing information when needed
• Follow processes and look for possible process improvements
• Knowledge of PLM and ERP tools

Candidate Profile

• Background in Electronics Manufacturing or Process Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in PCBA process, manufacturing or assembly
• Experience preparing technical documents
• Knowledge of SMT process and SMT programming
• Good English communication skills
• Good Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking
• Willingness to work shifts
