Job Summary

Flex is looking to add an Analyst for Accounts Payable in Chennai to support teams that build great products and help the company grow.

What a typical day looks like

• Process invoices according to standard operating procedures and meet set targets.
• Resolve discrepant invoices following standard operating procedures.
• Carry out reporting activities, including generating and updating the AP report.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Perform quality checks on selected invoices for payment and release them per standard operating procedures.
• Create and update vendor master records based on standard operating procedures.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve processes.
