The Graduate Apprentice role, Material Controller, within TTI SO&T DC Bangalore suits fresh graduates and newcomers who want a strong foundation in end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations within the Service Market Supply Chain.

The role focuses on learning and supporting Planning, Procurement and Scheduling of Aftermarket Parts for Group and Non-Group suppliers. You will gain hands-on exposure to Materials Management, Supplier Coordination, inventory control and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including automating manual material controller processes, standardizing reports and dashboards, and using Power Apps or low-code tools where applicable.
• Support the Material Control team in procurement, receipt, storage and distribution of materials.
• Assist with material planning and replenishment to keep parts available in line with demand.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, lead times and delivery schedules under guidance.
• Help maintain accurate material and inventory records in systems and trackers.
• Support material tracking, reporting and data analysis using digital tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse operations to understand end-to-end material flow.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures, compliance requirements and safety guidelines.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and learn Lean and VPS basics.
• Show a strong learning attitude and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks.
