Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Technician - Engineering Change Management in Coimbatore to support its teams that build great products.

What a typical day looks like

• Create part numbers for BOM in Agile and Baan.
• Create AVL in Agile and Baan systems.
• Download customer documents such as product specifications and release them in CDC.
• Act as a change analyst during NPI for new changes.
• Release part lists to production for new models and after ECO implementation.
• Manage ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe.
• Use the Agile PLM system to create, review, route, track, release and distribute ECOs (Engineering Change Orders).
• Study ECOs and drawings closely and coordinate with the site process and product engineering teams.
• Work with engineering and materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
• Respond to business partners (requestors) and customers on ECO queries.
• Meet the targets set for all process metrics.
