Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Make sure operations comply with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
• Handle daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop as directed and per the schedule.
• Carry out product assembly and basic equipment operation.
• Set up and operate winding machines, spot welding machines and molding machines.
• Set up and operate automatic testing equipment for both the coil shop and the assembly shop.
• Be flexible, as the role may involve rotating responsibilities within the position.
• Adhere to all quality standards.
• Take an active part in continuous improvement events such as Kaizen.

For this role, you will need:

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• 0-2 years of experience operating assembly and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
• Physical demands: ability to lift up to 3 kilograms and to distinguish colors.
