EXL Noida Hiring Executive, Fixed Assets Accounting (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This Executive role in Controllership focuses on fixed asset accounting and month-end reporting within the Finance category.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make sure the Fixed Asset sub-ledger is complete and accurate, including timely capitalization and asset retirements.
2. Carry out month-end close activities for fixed assets, such as journal entries, account reconciliations, depreciation and amortization postings, and variance explanations.
3. Support fixed asset schedules in line with US GAAP and local GAAP (i-GAAP) requirements.
4. Perform Record-to-Report (R2R) activities such as accruals, amortization, and balance sheet substantiation.
5. Prepare qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and Balance Sheet movements related to fixed assets.
6. Help prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for internal reviews.
7. Ensure adherence to SOX controls, internal policies, and statutory guidelines, and maintain proper documentation.
8. Coordinate with global finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support reviews.
9. Work on ERP systems (Oracle / Oracle Fusion) for transaction processing, accounting, and reporting.
