Process Overview

Treasury Services and Products help Wholesale Banking Clients manage their cash flow and liquidity and optimize their financial risk. Key enablers include Payables and Receivables, payment solutions and simplified account management, while safeguarding clients against potential frauds.

Job Description

The Treasury Shared Service team handles monetary and non-monetary service requests for Treasury Clients. The team also supports more complex service requests for ACH, Research and Adjustment and Wires, along with Commercial Cards requests for the US region.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and address them through straight through processing or by engaging the right business partner.
• Interact with onshore business partners by phone and email.
• Meet business deliverables, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and accuracy targets.
• Determine the best course of action to resolve customer queries.
• Perform MIS reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Deliver knowledge management and training as per business requirements.
• Manage client escalations.
• Provide subject matter expertise on process and operational queries.

Work Timings

8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, with timings changing according to US daylight saving requirements.
