Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. In India, we operate in five locations through BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Digital Account Opening associates process new account requests for personal accounts such as Checking, Savings, Check card, ATM cards and CDs. These requests come mainly from online banking. Key steps include verification, booking, services and funding of new consumer deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure targets are assigned in line with SLAs and that SLAs are met.
• Ensure account opening quality complies with predefined parameters.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them with the TL or AM.
• Be part of the end-to-end process and work across queues as required.
• Reply to LOB and SME requests by email in a timely manner.
• Escalate discrepancies in reports or CD transactions promptly.

Work Timings

03:30 AM to 12:30 PM, covering Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotational week offs.
