The Associate handles back-end maintenance for retail banking processes. Typical tasks include linking accounts, issuing credit reference letters, processing address changes, drafting documents for title maintenance, and enrolling customers in Keep the Change.
The role also covers closing accounts, raising stop pay requests, clearing credit card delinquency, making monetary adjustments for extra credits, reversing fees, managing overdraft protection, and updating date of birth records.
Other duties include handling photocopy requests, reinstating promotional offers, adjusting cash and purchase buckets, and raising requests for PIN, plate, checks, and welcome packages.
