Job Description

As an Associate in Insurance P&C Underwriting, you will handle claims work with accuracy and care. Your main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and validating insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Processing claims in line with company guidelines, underwriting rules and regulatory requirements.
• Contacting clients to collect missing details or clarifications needed for claim adjudication.
• Identifying and flagging errors, discrepancies or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
• Keeping claims records and related documentation accurate and up to date.
• Helping team members resolve basic claim issues and escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
• Following policies, compliance standards and turnaround timelines to maintain quality processing.
