• Maintain and improve C-SAT scores by resolving issues in a timely and effective way.
• Document interactions and update systems accurately to support seamless follow-up.
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
