Job Description
- Experience handling processes such as Subrogation, Arbitration, claim intake, setup, assignment, processing support, and similar work.
- Ability to review available documents and determine whether there is evidence to pursue recovery from a third party.
- Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation.
- Provide detailed claim status updates through emails and letters.
- Submit files to Arbitration when required based on damage analysis.
- Coordinate and document regular updates for cases with outside collection agencies and attorneys when necessary.
- Think critically, pay close attention to detail, and solve problems.
- Understand and analyze available documents and emails.
- Document work clearly and effectively.
- Be proficient in computer navigation and typing.
- Work through the subrogation lifecycle by preparing the claim with all required documents and proofs.
- Maintain regular communication with the Insured, Copart, the claim adjuster, and other involved parties.
